Barbara Stewart is originally from New York and moved to Florida in 1990 to attend the University of Central Florida.  She achieved her BSBA in Finance in 1994.  She began her real estate career working at a family owned Title Insurance Company in Brevard County in 1997.  Since then she has opened her own title insurance company called Park Place Title; which has now been open for 6 years and still surviving the real estate market!

However, due to the recent down time in the real estate market, Barbara decided to expand her real estate knowledge by studying and earning her Mortgage Broker License.  In just a few short months she has already opened her own branch with several loan officers, a loan coordinator, and a loan processor.

She enjoys helping others refinance their mortgage and save money in tough economic times.  She also enjoys helping first time homebuyers achieve their dreams of owning a new home.

Barbara is very dedicated to her clients and will do anything she can to make sure her clients feel comfortable with every step of the mortgage process.
